FOOD SUPPLEMENT BASED ON OLIVE EXTRACT GROWN IN SPAIN
One capsule provides the recommended daily dose of HYDROXYTYROSOl (25 mg).
Recommended daily dose and how to use: Take one capsule a day with a large glass of water. Ingredients and amount per daily dose: 357,14 mg Mediteanox olive extract. (Olea europaea L., fruit; 25 mg of hydroxytyrosol) Anticaking Agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Capsule coating: plant gelatine. Net weight per capsule: 511 mg. Warning: Do not exceed the stated recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place.
Hydroxytyrosol is a polyphenol that can be found in extra virgin olive oil (EVO) but is not present in other oils, since it is removed during the refining process. A Granatum Plus olive extract capsule with a high hydroxytyrosol content has 2 calories and all of the hydroxytyrosol contained in 3 litres of extra virgin olive oil. Each capsule also contains other polyphenols, including Tyrosol.
